At Fred Berger Design & Build LLC we have created a system that streamlines all projects from concept to completion. As each project is unique there can be as few as 3 and as many as 5 phases in a construction project. All projects have 3 things in common and begin the same way with:
Step One:
Initial Consultation
In the initial consultation phase Fred will discuss your needs and all available options that you may want to include in your project.
Step Two:
Detailed Line-by-Line Proposal
In this phase, a detailed line-by-line proposal is submitted with all costs listed along with a time-line of construction phases and corresponding payment due dates. This will enable you to tailor the project to meet your individual needs and budget.
Once your proposal is accepted, a construction date is set and the construction retainer is due.
